- Part One: Dive into self-paced online prework courses and assignments.
- Part Two: Join us for an enriching three-day in-person seminar.Â
- Part Three: Take separate classes to chart and master an approved Natural Family Planning (NFP) method and certified instructor.Â

Part Two of your journey is all about community and growth. Join us for a weekend of expert-led sessions and a follow-up Saturday to deepen your bond. Guided by experienced couples, health pros, and a priest, you’ll enjoy private chats and prayer with your fiancé.
It’s a perfect chance to delve into your relationship and embrace the unity of Matrimony, all while gaining valuable insights for a lasting marriage.
Homework Assignments:
- Video Assignment on the evening of Day 1 to prepare for Day 2.
- After Day 2, there will be Prework Course to prepare for Day 3.

Part Three: Dive into Natural Family Planning (NFP) with the guidance of a fertility care expert.
Our certified partners will accompany you on your journey. It will be about 6-7 hours of interactive classes, spread over 3-4 months.
You’ll learn and chart two full cycles a USCCB-approved NFP method through live instructor sessions, either on-site or online (no self-paced or video based).
